On November 17, 2015, Perfect Image was formally inducted into the Atlanta Business League (ABL) Business Hall of Fame. This distinction recognizes African American-owned businesses that have continuously operated for 25 years or more, and whose entrepreneurial endeavors have paved the way for others to follow.

Ira Jackson, president of Perfect Image in Atlanta, tells clients to print for these reasons: Inspire, raise eyebrows, move people to act, and drive your brand. Otherwise, why print? Perfect Image steps beyond traditional print services by helping educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and businesses move that needle. Your opportunities and challenges are distinctive so you need 'More than a printer.'"

As a long-time business owner, I have experienced many times what a rocky road it can be to stay in front of challenges and opportunities. Growing and staying relevant can be painful. But while a scoop of adversity is rarely my dessert of choice, it has often been a great teacher and essential to success.
