Role Description
The Prepress Specialist handles all aspects of file preparation, including preflight, corrections, color management, and imposition, ensuring files are press-ready and aligned with client specifications. This individual collaborates closely with project managers, press operators, and design staff to ensure smooth handoffs and production excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Preflight incoming client files, identify issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform file corrections and color management to meet press standards.
- Create and optimize impositions for offset and digital workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in all prepress functions.
- Troubleshoot technical file or RIP issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Demonstrated experience in prepress, print design, and file manipulation.
- Knowledge of color theory and practical experience with color correction.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in the commercial printing industry strongly preferred.

Role Description
Perfect Image Printing is seeking a full-time Wide Format Specialist to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on craftsmanship, detail, and the challenge of creating bold, high-quality graphics that bring our clients’ visions to life. The Wide Format Specialist operates and maintains large-format printing equipment, manages finishing processes, and ensures projects are produced to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with designers, project managers, and installation teams to deliver everything from banners and signage to retail displays and specialty graphics.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain wide format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment.
- Review and prepare files for wide format production.
- Perform color calibration and quality checks throughout the production process.
- Handle finishing tasks, including trimming, mounting, laminating, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and manage job priorities.
- Maintain equipment to ensure consistent, reliable performance.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with wide format printing and finishing equipment
- Proficiency with RIP software (e.g., Onyx, Caldera, or similar)
- Understanding of file setup, color management, and print substrates
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in commercial printing or sign/graphics production preferred

Role Description
The role of Perfect Image Sales Representative, which reports to the President, is a commissioned sales role offering a base annual salary and generous performance incentives. This individual develops new business to diversify and strengthen our client base and reputation in the marketplace, and also works to retain and grow business with existing clients. It is essential that the Sales Representative possess a strong understanding of commercial printing and our capabilities, which include Sheetfed Offset Lithography, Variable Digital Printing, Wide Format Printing, Specialty Production, Bindery, and Post-Press Finishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in selling print and value-added products and services.
- Possess, develop, and maintain a list of active and prospective clients in conjunction with the President.
- Demonstrate competence in using our Zoho client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Become proficient in using our DocketManager management information system (MIS).
- Establish and maintain rapport with existing and new clients, and all team members.
- Interface directly with the Executive Vice President - General Manager, Plant Manager, Project Managers, Production teams, and Administrative teams.
Qualifications
- 5 years of print sales experience or equivalent in a related print production environment
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Solid organizational and data management skills
- Ability to respond under pressure, anticipate and articulate needs, and prioritize projects
- High energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to be a team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
